Prior child care or education experience is not required to join the Bright Years franchise system. Bright Years is designed for business-minded operators who bring strong leadership and operational acumen. Franchisees are expected to hire an experienced center Director to oversee daily operations, while our extensive training and support ensure consistent execution of our model, curriculum, and brand standards.

Performance will vary depending on location, enrollment, and management. We provide detailed financial insights within our FDD, including key performance benchmarks to help you evaluate the opportunity and assess potential returns. Backed by 30 years of operating experience, our model is designed for consistency, growth, and long-term profitability.

Bright Years provides comprehensive support designed to set you up for success. Our team provides guidance on site selection, financing, and development, followed by an extensive structured training program delivered through both virtual and in-person sessions. Training covers key areas including operations, management, marketing, and curriculum execution.
